For the past ten years I have been running my “Friday” Portrait and Life-drawing classes in Cheltenham, but for now I’m only running Portrait classes. The terms are always ten weeks long in the autumn and spring, with a short five or six week summer term in April/May.

The venue for these classes is:

Prices: Portrait Class for 10 weeks is £190 or £25 pay as you go.

The price is payable at the beginning of the term.

There is usually a choice of two people to draw or paint in the morning, and help is always at hand with a lighthearted, encouraging attitude to bring out wonderful results.

Workshops:

It has given me such pleasure to have been invited to so many art clubs around the county, and the country: to South Wales and even all the way to Bethlehem in Palestine to work with Icon Painters for a week in 2017.

The workshops I have run so far have included:

Portraits using Compressed Charcoal,

Portraits using Pastel,

and Still-life using a technique called ‘glazing’.
